Tune2 Sync and App Downloads

We are incredibly proud to announce the BETA release of the Tune2 Sync windows application and Tune2 app available on both Apple's iOS and Google's Android app stores.

While the Tune2 Sync program and Tune2 apps are currently in BETA, these are available for public use and are currently FREE for residential/DIY use. For commercial use, please email office@tune2.app for details and pricing.

While testing the Tune2 system, please make sure to report any issues or feature requests to help@tune2.app. With your help, we want to ensure a perfectly stable and feature rich experience for both the operator and listener!

Tune2 Sync Versions

Pleaser find a listing of the latest Tune2 Sync for Windows versions. Any known issues we are working on will display under the latest version that is coming soon.

Version 1.3.4 (11/19/24)

  • NOTE: For those of you who are using v1.3.4 and having issues with Process Playlist/Soundtrack especially those with xSchedule, please download this updated MakeSoundtrack.exe (v1.28b-Dev) file and save (and overwrite) the MakeSoundtrack.exe in the Program Files \ Tune2 sync folder.
     

  • Improved stability.

  • Embedded playlists within the "main playlist" are now supported and processed like all others.

  • Better processing of playlists and media files, including additional error checking and logging for troubleshooting purposes.

  • Various UI improvements and bug fixes.

Version 1.3.1 (11/11/24)

  • NOTE: If you receive a .NET 8.0 Framework missing error while running Process Soundtrack, please download and install this. Version 1.3.1b now includes the .NET 8.0 Framework as part of its Installer process.

  • Lead in and Lead out events within playlist are now ignored in FPP and don't play within Tune2. Previously, an unexpected error may occur.

  • Non "main" show events are now ignored in LOR and don't play within Tune2. Previously, an unexpected error may occur.

  • Support for all standard media file formats for audio and video now implemented.

  • Various UI improvements and bug fixes.

Version 1.2.8 (11/05/24)

  • Now using the registry's Path location properly. This was causing an exception in some cases which is now fixed.

  • In some cases, when saving a show code from settings, the new show code was not appearing in the screen.

  • When processing your audio file, in some cases special characters such as brackets and quotes were causing the processing to fail. We also now support a wider range of audio file formats other than just MP3. Video files are not supported.

Version 1.2.7 (11/01/24)

  • Initial BETA release of Tune2 Sync.

  • Includes fix to the Process Soundtrack feature whereby a compiler error was displayed in some cases (v1.2.7b).
